About Slack Integration

The Slack integration turns Booga into a platform your team interacts with where they already work. Agent outputs, scheduled reports, compliance alerts, and workflow notifications land directly in Slack channels — and Slack messages can trigger Booga agents and workflows in return.

How this integration works

→ Channel notifications: Route agent outputs, report completions, and compliance alerts to specific Slack channels automatically, based on workflow rules.

→ Message triggers: Trigger Booga agents from Slack messages using slash commands or keyword detection. Run analysis, pull data, or kick off workflows without leaving Slack.

→ Scheduled digests: Configure daily or weekly summaries delivered to Slack: analytics snapshots, agent activity logs, or report roundups.

→ Granular routing: Different workflows can notify different channels. Finance reports go to #finance. Compliance alerts go to #compliance. You control the routing.

→ Tenant-isolated: Slack connections are scoped per tenant. Multi-tenant deployments never cross-post between organizations.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Booga dashboard.

2. Select Slack and authorize via OAuth to your Slack workspace.

3. Map Booga notification types and workflow outputs to specific Slack channels.

4. Optionally configure slash commands or message triggers for agent invocation.

5. Notifications and agent outputs now flow directly into Slack.
