The SendGrid integration enables Booga to send transactional and workflow-triggered emails at scale. Agent-generated reports, scheduled analytics digests, compliance notifications, and custom alerts are delivered via SendGrid's reliable email infrastructure.

→ Delivery tracking: SendGrid's delivery metrics (opens, bounces, delivery status) are available for monitoring email reliability.
→ Tenant-scoped sending: Each tenant can configure their own SendGrid API key and sender identity. No cross-tenant email leakage.
Getting Started
Navigate to Integrations in your Booga dashboard.
Select SendGrid and enter your API key.
Configure sender identity and default templates.
Map workflow events to email triggers — which agent outputs, which recipients, which template.
Emails now send automatically based on platform events.
