About OneDrive / SharePoint Integration
The OneDrive and SharePoint integration connects Microsoft's enterprise file storage to Booga's knowledge layer. Documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs stored in OneDrive or SharePoint become searchable, analyzable, and accessible to agents, without moving files out of your Microsoft environment.
How this integration works
→ Document ingestion: Import files from OneDrive personal storage or SharePoint team sites directly into Booga's knowledge base.
→ Automatic sync: Configure folder-level sync so new and updated documents are ingested automatically. No manual re-uploads.
→ Semantic search: Ingested documents are vectorized and available through Booga's semantic search - ask questions in natural language, get answers grounded in your files.
→ Agent access: Agents can read, summarize, analyze, and generate reports from OneDrive/SharePoint documents as part of automated workflows.
→ Permission-aware: Document access within Booga respects your tenant's RBAC configuration. Ingested files are tenant-scoped and role-gated.
