The Microsoft Teams integration connects Booga to the collaboration hub most enterprises already use. Reports, notifications, agent outputs, and compliance alerts are delivered directly into Teams channels — keeping stakeholders informed without requiring them to log into the Booga dashboard.

How this integration works

→ Adaptive Cards: Notifications arrive as rich, formatted cards — not raw text. Summaries, action buttons, and report previews render natively in Teams.

→ Workflow notifications: Configure which workflow events trigger Teams messages — agent completions, scheduled reports, compliance flags, or error states.

→ Enterprise identity aligned: Works with your existing Azure AD / Entra ID setup. No separate authentication layer required.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Booga dashboard.

2. Select Microsoft Teams and authenticate via your Azure AD credentials.

3. Map notification types to specific Teams channels or group chats.

4. Configure delivery rules — which events, which channels, which format.

5. Agent outputs and reports now appear directly in Teams.
