About Dropbox Business Integration

The Dropbox Business integration connects team file storage to Booga's knowledge and agent modules. Documents synced from Dropbox become searchable, analyzable, and actionable, without changing how your team stores and manages files.

How this integration works

→ Folder sync: Select Dropbox Business folders to sync into Booga. Files are ingested and indexed automatically.

→ Format support: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, and other standard document formats are supported.

→ Semantic search: Synced documents are vectorized for natural-language search across your entire Dropbox-sourced knowledge base.

→ Agent access: Agents can read, analyze, and reference Dropbox documents as part of scheduled or event-triggered workflows.

→ Tenant-scoped: Dropbox connections and synced files are isolated per tenant with full RBAC enforcement.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Booga dashboard.

2. Select Dropbox Business and authenticate via OAuth.

3. Choose team folders to sync.

4. Configure sync interval and file type preferences.

5. Dropbox files are now indexed and available across the platform.
