The Box integration connects enterprise file storage to Booga's AI infrastructure. Documents managed in Box become part of your knowledge base, indexed for semantic search and accessible to agents for analysis, summarization, and report generation.

How this integration works

→ Enterprise document sync: Import files and folders from Box into Booga's knowledge base. Supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and plain text.

→ Automatic updates: Configure sync intervals so updated documents are re-ingested without manual intervention.

→ Knowledge-ready: Ingested documents are vectorized and available for semantic search and agent workflows immediately.

→ Compliance-friendly: Box's enterprise security model is complemented by Booga's tenant isolation and audit logging. Every document access is recorded.

→ Role-gated access: Which users and roles can access Box-ingested documents is controlled via Booga's RBAC — not by Box permissions alone.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Booga dashboard.

2. Select Box and authenticate via OAuth.

3. Choose folders to import and set sync frequency.

4. Configure role-based access for ingested content.

5. Box documents are now part of your knowledge base.
