About the role

Booga Enterprise is a multi-tenant, multi-cloud AI platform with 12 production plugins, 600+ API endpoints, and enterprise customers in active pilot. We're entering our go-to-market phase with two products - Booga One (B2C, self-serve) and Booga Agents (enterprise), and we need a Product Manager who can own what gets built, in what order, and why.

You'll be the connective tissue between the founder's technical vision, enterprise customer requirements, and what actually ships. That means talking to customers, defining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, coordinating releases, and making hard trade-off decisions on a weekly basis.

This isn't a PM role where you write specs and hand them off. You'll be in the room when architecture decisions are made, on the call when enterprise customers describe their workflows, and responsible for making sure the platform evolves in the direction that serves both the B2C user base and the enterprise pipeline.

What you'll own

→ Product roadmap - Define and maintain the product roadmap across Booga One and Booga Agents. Balance B2C adoption priorities with enterprise feature requirements. Make the trade-offs visible and defensible.

→ Customer discovery - Run discovery conversations with enterprise pilot customers and B2C power users. Translate unstructured feedback into structured requirements. Identify patterns, not just requests.

→ Feature prioritization - Own the backlog. Work with the founder and engineering to sequence what ships, what waits, and what gets cut. Every sprint should reflect a clear strategic choice.

→ Go-to-market coordination - Work across engineering, design, and marketing to coordinate product launches, beta programs, and feature releases. You'll own the changelog narrative and help shape how new capabilities are communicated externally.

→ Enterprise requirements - Understand what enterprise buyers actually need to approve a platform - compliance, governance, SSO, audit, data residency. Translate those procurement-side requirements into product decisions before they become blockers.

→ Metrics and feedback loops - Define what success looks like for each feature and release. Set up the feedback loops that let us learn from real usage, not assumptions.

→ Documentation and specs - Work with the engineering team to maintain clear, accurate product specifications. Ensure docs.boogaenterprise.com stays current as features ship.

What we're looking for

→ 4+ years in a Product Manager role at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. You've shipped product to paying customers, not just internal stakeholders.

→ Experience with enterprise sales cycles - you understand what procurement, compliance, and security teams ask for, and you know how to build a product that survives those conversations.

→ Technical fluency. You don't need to write code, but you need to read an API spec, understand a system architecture diagram, and have an informed opinion on technical trade-offs.

→ Experience with AI/ML products is a strong plus - LLM-powered applications, agent frameworks, data pipelines, or analytics platforms. You don't need to be a researcher, but you should understand what's hype and what's production-ready.

→ Strong written communication. Product specs, customer-facing changelogs, internal briefs - you'll write a lot, and it needs to be clear and concise.

→ Comfort with ambiguity. We're entering go-to-market with a production-grade platform but an evolving product strategy. You need to be someone who brings clarity to ambiguous situations, not someone who waits for clarity to arrive.

→ Experience working in or with financial services, legal, or compliance-heavy industries is a plus - our initial enterprise customers operate in these sectors.

What we offer

→ Competitive salary benchmarked to European market rates, regardless of location

→ Meaningful equity in a VC-backed platform company at the inflection point between product and growth

→ Remote-first with full flexibility - we evaluate decisions and outcomes, not hours logged

→ Direct collaboration with the founder on product strategy, enterprise positioning, and go-to-market priorities

→ A platform that's already built and in production: you're shaping what comes next, not defining a v1 from scratch

→ Enterprise customers already on the platform - your product decisions impact real users from day one

→ The opportunity to define the product function at a company where product decisions still shape the entire business trajectory

How to apply

Send an email to contact@boogaenterprise.com with:

→ A short note on why this role interests you - two or three sentences, your own words

→ Your CV

→ An example of a product decision you made that you're proud of, a feature you shipped, a trade-off you navigated, a roadmap you defined. Can be a doc, a write-up, a case study, or just a paragraph explaining what happened
